If you are in the south of France, you should visit lake Saint-Cassien. It is only about 12 km west of Cannes. This lake is about 430 hectares, beautiful, wild, natural, and is easy to get to. The lake is bordered almost completely by forested hills, the shoreline is undeveloped, leaving its beauty for picturesque views and for people to enjoy. It is a very popular place for carp fishing, and a great place for family to enjoy water activities such as windsurfing, pedalos, swimming, and rowing. We had a wonderful time there. It’s one of our favorite places in Provence.

Great pictures, I've always wanted to start a travel blog. I just never have enough time and I don't think that I travel enough. I'd love to visit this lake though, it looks so peaceful.
