These neon pink sandals, Cacharel, were purchased about a year and a half ago at Barneys New York in NYC.  They were 75% off final sale.  This is my second time to post them here.  I just love this pink neon color.   It’s so in.

Wearing: Zara shorts and top, Assad Mounser necklace, The Woods smiling Buddha necklace, braided cloth bracelets, vintage Chanel camera cover bag -worn as a mini bag, and Cacharel sandals.

Thank you everyone for visiting and wising you all a wonderful day!! xo…Hanh :)

The Cutting Edge

This is my first time I styled Rick Owens with Celine.  Rick Owens and Phoebe Philo are tremendous designers.  Their design  are sculptural, very three-dimensional.  This look is stately elegance.  It’s sleek and very modern attitude.

This Rick Owens jacket is the one I wore it in previous post- as I said I had worn it  day and night, three days in a row.  Yes, I worn it as a fashion criminal :).  I wish the weather was still cool, I would continue to wear it everyday.

What I love about this Celine trousers is the detail of  the side and the overlap half front with black organza sheer fabric.

I liked to play with the collar in different look.

Rick Owens Spring2012 Jacket

About two weeks ago, when the weather was cool, I had worn this Rick Owens jacket like crazy-three days in a row, day and night, with different bottoms.  I wondered if it is a fashion crime to wear the same jacket so many times in a row?  It’s too late to matter now, all I know is I enjoyed wearing it so much.  With this jacket, I love the sleeveless construction with dropped shoulders and loose silhouette, and the playfulness of the collar.  Its shape is very cool and different.  What I love about Rick Owens design is that his design is elegant but masculine, yet so fashion forward and futuristic.

In this outfit, I played with patterns, textures, and colors.  Wearing: Rick Owens distressed leather jacket with polyester collar, Miu Miu silk heart print pants, Fendi print sequins handbag, and Madewell colorful bracelets.  Blue nail polish and white tank top (unseen) were from Forever21.

Ok, a funny thing about the print of this Fendi bag.  My kids said it looks like sushi, and my friend said it looks like fried eggs.  Hummm!! All relates to food. What does it look like to you?

I hope you enjoy this post and wishing you all a lovely day!! xo…Hanh :)

Céline Clean Slate

I felt like wearing white, fresh, and clean look to make a statement of white.  This Celine blouse is just gorgeous.  I’ve got so many nice compliments, especiallly the pleated detail and the cut in the back.  Styling it with Forever21 shorts, Balenciaga boots, Lanvin sunnies, Tom Binns saafety pin bracelet, and “Paris”  bracelet from a local store in Paris for 3 Euro.

Women and Cars

Wearing this outfit in honor of my mom on Mother’s day for an article “Dallas Daughters Share Mom’s Best Style Advice” on DFWStyleDaily.  I should share this much sooner, but it doesn’t matter because I think of my mom everyday and everyday is Mother’s day to my mom :)

The handbag in this look was her treasure, the first gift from my dad to her, over sixty years ago.  Now, I’m proud to carry it, my greatest treasure in my closet.

Here is the article:

Wearing: Prada S2012 silk car print dress and sandals, Lanvin sunnies. Bracelets: Madewell, Dezso, and a cat chasing a mice bracelet is Stella McCartney.

In The Black Cape-jacket

When i designed this cape-jacket, I was thinking about Rick owens design with a soft side.  I liked to play with the strongness (leather sleeves) and the softness (chiffon sheer body).  It is a great mix of textures to give a feminine but strong feeling, and a chic look.  This cape-jacket is a great piece to wear during summer without escaping from your leather love. Actually, you could layer it and wear it all year around.

In this look, I styled it with Margiela black body suit, shorts from Tobi website.  Tobi is my new favorite online store for shorts.  They’re often on sale and their shorts are great quality, flattering, and a great deal.

Wearing: cape-jacket designed by me, Margiela body suit, shorts from Tobi site, Miu Miu pumps from past seasons, Sue Gragg cross earrings, random bracelets from Madewell, and blue nail polish from Forever 21.
