White and Blue

Hi everyone from Vancouver, I’m still out of town and miss you all. I’d like to thank Kristi and Scot for sending me these photos of this outfit which I wore last month before my Pacific Northwest trip. Their photography is always beautiful.

All white look for summer is ease and elegance, adding a pop of color is always fun and refreshing. I especially like pairing white with blue, or white with bright pink. I always adore this Hermes scarf, not only because  its design but also because it was a gift from my special sweet friend. This is my new way to wear it. I also think the prints and colors of the scarf would style well with my beloved Nicholas Kirkwood for Rodarte wedges. Talking about these wedges, they are from Rodarte Spring 2011 RTW collection and I was so lucky to get them on sale for 70% off at Barneys. This is my first time to wear them and share here.  Because of their special design, I would display them on a fashion book at my cocktail table. :)

About this Yohji Yamamoto shirt dress, it was also on final sale at Forty Five Ten past seasons. I love things on sale, don’t you? I often bring this dress out for summer. Once, I styled it with United Nude wooden sandals, another time I styled it with heel booties, sometimes I wore it loose as a beach cover-up dress with a pair of beach sandals, and this time I styled it with these wedges to fancy it up. Things that I like about this shirt dress are that it has short long hem’s length, side pockets, and it’s over size.

Wearing: Forever 21 shorts underneath Yohji Yamamoto shirt dress, Rodarte wedges, Hermes scarf, Valentino belt, Sue Gragg cross earrings, and Holst+Lee bracelet.

Thank you everyone for reading! Have a lovely weekend! xo…Hanh :)
