For some  skiers, dressing chic on the slopes is something they can’t neglect. It’s as important as their time off the slopes. Finding a great chic, classic, and most fashionable statement skiing outfit for the slopes is essential. It’s worth investing in great skiing attire because you will use it every ski season for years to come.

I purchased this Prada white outfit over 10 years ago, and I still wear it. I love this clean white winter look!

This is my second skiing look for alternation. They’re also Prada. You can’t go wrong with this classic combo-black and gray. This outfit also looks so chic on the slopes. I love the ruffled details in the front of the jacket.

I wanted to wear this look for a holiday party. It’s perfect, actually. It was so fun to style this outfit- casual yet fancy and elegant. One of the fun parts was that I had another chance to bring out my Calvin Klein fancy wedding skirt (it was a part of my wedding dress in 2000) and styled it with my new Urban Outfitters casual plaid shirt. I remember I wore my wedding dress once with Ann Demeulemeester 14 buckles corset belt for New Year 2010′s party (see it here).

Jewelry: Necklace was a gift from Fenton Fallon. Bracelets from Madewell, Eddie Borgo, and Cartier. Sue Gragg ring.

I wore this look a few weeks ago during the early fall. Finally, I have a chance to share it. Fall white, winter white…some people say ‘No white after Labor day’. This rule is not for me. I’m a rule breaker….Style is always in season!

Instead of a traditional black leather jacket, bring out your favorite leather jacket in white. You can wear white well in the chilly fall or brutal cold winter months by putting a unique spin on it. Mix things up with a bright colors and layer your whites with shades like vivid pink, poppy red, deep forest green, great burgundy. Top it all off with neutral accessories like a camel clutch and tortoise shell shades. Certain rules are meant to be broken. But there is a rule, however, that I follow: I don’t wear linen for fall/winter. Perhaps a white linen dress is inappropriate for a 50-degree day. The question is not so much whether white is acceptable in the fall/winter, but rather, how can it be done tastefully. Wear your fall/winter white with confidence! Learn the rules for pulling of the look and then Rock It Out! After all, you have to master the rules before you can break them. What do you think?
