Hello everyone! I hope you are doing well. It has been a long time to have a post. There are so many things going on my life lately (sad and happy). Today, I’m excited to share with you about my collaboration with The Woods jewelry line (learn more about The Woods here). This collection is limited-edition pieces, designed by me and inspired by the natural world and my own spiritually. This is The Woods’s one of a kind, vintage-inspired work as seen through my fashion sense and style. It’s exclusively at Forty Five Ten boutique.

Come to see me and meet the designers. Can’t wait to see you there! xo…Hanh
My design for the nail art was inspired by Chanel.
I was proud and happy that my design-Life•in•Style collar-got a high bid at the MTV Re Define auction for good causes to fight against HIV and AIDS.
And this is another way to wear the Life•in•Style collar. An opened back in this look is unexpected, and it’s so wild with the leather leggings and those killer boots.
It’s a long story, but I didn’t plan to pair these pieces together. It’s accidental and a “one minute styling” for this outfit.
If you wish to see more of how I styled this collar with different looks, click on the Life•in•Style Label on your right hand side panel, here, and here.
Wearing: Life•in•Style collar by me, Yigal Azrouel opened back top, The Row leggings, Chanel Paris Bombay clutch, Christian Louboutin boots, and Celine sunnies.

For creative, I wore the back of the collar to the front. It looks beautiful this way as well. You can wear this beautiful piece so many ways with your many different outfits.
Every time I’ve worn this Life-in-Travel collar, I’ve received so many nice compliments. I’ve also received so many emails asking if I sell it. That gave me inspiration and I’m excited to let you know that Life-in-Travel now has its own label called “Life•in•Style”. Life-in-Travel collar is now available for purchase as a limited edition piece. Contact me and place your orders while you can!! (first come first serve-I’m taking your orders from now to August 11th). And here is how I wore the collar with Nhakhanh lace top in the past post.
The collar is made from French lace and fine leather. It’s $350 in black and $400 in hot pink.

When i designed this cape-jacket, I was thinking about Rick owens design with a soft side. I liked to play with the strongness (leather sleeves) and the softness (chiffon sheer body). It is a great mix of textures to give a feminine but strong feeling, and a chic look. This cape-jacket is a great piece to wear during summer without escaping from your leather love. Actually, you could layer it and wear it all year around.
In this look, I styled it with Margiela black body suit, shorts from Tobi website. Tobi is my new favorite online store for shorts. They’re often on sale and their shorts are great quality, flattering, and a great deal.

Weeks ago while I was thinking about what to wear for a photoshoot with ??? magazine which the happened last week (can’t wait to share with you), I came up with an idea and designed this collar. I gave it the name Life•in•Style collar. I wanted this collar to be versatile and add a edginess, a interesting element to my look. It has layers of lace and leather. For sure, it has became one of favorite pieces in my closet. What do you think?
I styled it with NhaKhanh
lace top and I thought it paired so beautifuly with the top. Sue Gragg
Love the details in the back.
Thank you everyone for reading!! Wishing you a happy Easter Sunday and a wonderful week ahead!!! xo…Hanh
I had a few yards of blue fabric leftover, so I came up with an idea and designed this zipper sleeve top and zipper hem skirt.
Here is a detail of the zipper sleeve. It can zip all the way up and down.
And zipper at the hem.
Wore with YsL blue sole tribute pumps.
Nude MMMargiela bodysuit underneath.
I found this Avant Toi cashmere silk panel scarf at Forty Five Ten
boutique in Dallas. The boutique recently carried this line. This scarf is made of pure cashmere with hand painted and washed, attached in the middle with a Hermes vintage silk scarf. The result is a beautiful double layer scarf-so classy and rare. Each Avant Toi’s scarf is strictly one of a kind. I really love their scarf design idea. And I definitely love those ducks…

Before you see these pictures below, please ignore my unpleasant face
The sun was so strong that I couldn’t relax my eyes and face. I needed sunglasses. Lol!! I had no time to retake. Oh! Well, the important thing here is the outfit to share.
I intended to design this dress to pair with my old MMMargiela leather shorts. I wanted this look to be a mix of modern and classic Vietnamese tradition; yet surely, the look has its own character. It’s unexpected pairing! I really love the way these shoes paired with this outfit; kinda Lady Gaga, and the leather choker reminds me of Hmong people (French gave them the name Montagnards; mountain people) jewelry, a perfect element for this look.
About the dress, when I designed it, I was thinking it should be a versatile one. You can pair it with high waisted wide leg jeans, skinny jeans, leather leggings, trousers, pencil skirt, or even maxi pleated skirt…whatever you pair it with, it still gives you an unexpected asymmetric look and that’s the fun. You also give it a fancy or casual look by styling with different accessories…
A big thanks to NhaKhanh
for doing the pattern and sewing to put together this dress!!
Over the shoulders was Celine shearling cropped jacket.
Jeffrey Campbell Night Walk pumps from Solestruck
are one of my amazing shoes. Actually, they’re comfy and easy to walk in.
This leather choker is one of the more striking pieces from Sue Gragg’s
jewelry Holiday Collection. Her designs are stunning. She is a talented lady and a very sweet friend of mine. I actually wore this outfit to attend her jewelry show last Tuesday. It was an amazing show.

This outfit was my favorite outfit of the month; November. I actually wore it so many times in the last four weeks. Two weeks ago, I finally managed to take pictures of it, but I didn’t have a chance to share it before we went on our trip to California. I will see you in Dallas tomorrow. Here is the outfit:
Balenciaga jacket was over 2 years ago, from consignment store INA in NYC.
This is my coolest scarf in my closet; Gareth Pugh leather scarf which I purchased sometime long ago. I’ve gotten tons of compliments whenever I wear it. I styled it with Proenza top, Madewell jeans, Alaia heeled-hiking boots.
Christopher Ross rabbit buckle belt.
IDEA TIP for DIY this scarf: you could find a nice piece of leather, faux leather, or suede, or fabric which is medium weight and still gives a good permanent raw edge. It is about 3 yards 12 inches long and about 13 inches wide (or whatever size you like). Then, use a chalk to draw and cut out the pattern as it shows in the pictures above. The last thing you need is your time and be patient…At least, you don’t have to sew 😉
Thank you everyone for visiting and comments!! Have a lovely weekend!! Hugs…Hanh
